Hello,

FATHERS DAY-The church world seems to have caught a fresh vision of the value 
of a strong home. The early verses of Ephesians 6 will be read as parents 
are honored.

THANK YOU-For the responses last week. The segment on healing and spiritual 
gifts seemed to stir your thinking. We could use some "intellectual 
curiosity" in spiritual matters as set forth in the Holy Bible

WORLD WAR ii-Seemed to make you think as well. Fathers Day may prove a good 
setting for family discussion.

KEEP PRAYING-The man with the serious brain operation has returned to work 
operating his civil engineering company.
The lady with Hodgkins has had further tests. These show the case as "very 
treatable" by chemotherapy.
The man with brain cancer had scans. The spots are shrinking.

KEEP IT CLEAR-I can look up at a very pretty plaque in my office that was a 
gift from my younger daughter-"If you can't understand it-it may be good 
sermon material". A friend and I had endured a long session-"He is not deep, 
he just is not clear", I have heard a too long session compared to a three 
foot, unsharpened pencil as too long and pointless. "Every good sermon has 
at least one good point".

SURE SIGNS OF SUMMER
When it is above eighty degress by ten A.M. in Austin, and still that 
temperature at the eleven P.M. newscast. Seriously:

DECISIONS-Many young persons and parents are in decision about higher 
education.

CAMP-The impact on lives at camps is immeasurable.

V.B.S.-What are your goals here? Entertainment and babysitting or child care?

SHORT-TERM-Missions trips have proven to be life changing experiences for all 
ages.
