Hello,Again,

WEATHER-We all have it. I am reluctant to discuss it. When I do, you 
respond to it
Suffice to say we celebrated the first day of Summer with 98 degrees.

PICTURE-A thousand words. My son gave me a new mouse pad that doubles as a 
picture frame. I am looking at a photo of my Grandpa and Grandma Krantz on 
their wedding day almost a century ago. I never knew Grandpa, he died when 
my dad was 12. I do have the records of his commendation from the Supreme 
Court of Iowa. This immigrant from Austria was a man of deep integrity. He 
refused to use his language skills in a plot to defraud many by his employers 
in the coal mines. When I view this picture I wonder, "Is he to be counted 
as a "witness" to me?"-Hebrews 12:1.

FORGIVE ME-If I have offended you by not passing on many "chain" type

JUNETEENTH-I never heard of it either, until I moved to Texas. The 
Emancipation Proclamation was effective January 1,1863. The slaves in Texas 
did not learn of it until June 19, 1865. Inconceivable, but so. They 
celebrate annually now. Do not live below your privileges as a believer. A 
legal scholar would describe the contract fin-
ished on Calvary as heavily "weighted" in our favor.

Blaine Bowman, (see "links" to "Them Bowmans"), has written a story song that 
tells a sad saga of a man who survives on meager fare on a long ship journey. 
He learns too late that lavish meals were included in the price of the 
ticket.

REST-I have begun the journey again in Genesis one. I'll never make it , if 
I keep "side-
tracking". I'll throw you a bone of an outline. Call it "Sunday Kind of 
Thoughts Concerning Sunday" Sunday has been called many things: A.D. 100 
"THE LORD'S DAY,
A.D. 1900 "THE SABBATH". A.D.2001 "THE WEEKEND" There are three "rests" in 
the Bible: CREATION-God's rest for Himself after the six days of creation. 
COVENANT-A day set aside for the nation of Israel. Their religious leaders 
turned all blessings into burdens. CALVARY-This is the one that we observe 
today. Make it a day that is
HOLY-Worship HEALTHY-Take a nap. HAPPY-Celebrate.. Put some meat on that 
bone for yourself, a study or a sermon.
