DO THESE THOUGHTS GET READ?-Fisherman do. Several of you wrote this week 
after I mentioned my grandson, Kevin, liked to fish. Does a 21 inch bass 
sound serious to you? Dr Wendell Kempton of ABWE wrote me a letter of 
response using alliterative style. One word was "pedagogical". I am in deep 
waters, intellectually. Another reader writes me regularly from D.C. where 
everything has an acrostic title. This is SKOTs. Their response is MKOTs. 
A few weeks ago they were TKOTs because Monday had been used to check each 
Scripture I had used the day before. I am flattered.

MERCY-NOT getting what you deserve.
GRACE-IS getting more than you deserve.
JUSTICE-WHAT you wish the "other guy" gets.

NEW PAINT-I am writing today from a freshly painted office. Philip has set 
me back up on line to kind of keep me on schedule.

Randall and Jeanine (my older daughter and husband) arranged to have my 
bedroom and this room done over as an anniversary gift.

Tom Garvey is a long time friend as well as a professional painter. Tom used 
his 19 year old son as a helper and did it all in a long day. Tom is 6 feet 
and five inches tall, so ladders are not a priority. BLT (Big, Little Tom) 
dwarfs his dad at 6 feet 8 and still growing at 19 years of age.. BLT is a 
computer expert. He has designed and sold programs to school systems

One more very important matter. Fine, genuinely born-again men they are 
gentlemen-and at their size that is big plus

A NEWS ITEM-Worthy of note. A needy lady prayed concerning her deep need. 
As she drove to work, the armored truck ahead of her swerved. As it did, a 
bag fell to the ground. She stopped and foung a bag full of money-$120,000 
She went by her pastor's house and they decided to return it to the bank. 
The total explanation-"It's all about God".
